Yes!
If you're bringing your own alcohol, you'll simply need a Washington State Banquet Permit (it's quick and inexpensive to obtain). You may provide your own:
We don't allow hard liquor or cocktails unless the venue is providing and serving them.
Some of our venues require all alcohol to be purchased through them. If that's the case, it'll be clearly listed in the venue description.
If you're providing your own alcohol, you'll also need to add one of our bar packages so one of our licensed bartenders can serve your guests throughout the event.
Yes! Gratuity for all of the vendors included in your package is already covered, so there are no surprise tipping expectations on your wedding day. If you would like to leave an additional tip, it is completely optional and above and beyond what is included.
The only team members not included in the prepaid gratuity are your planning/coordinator team, so any extra gratuity would typically be directed to them—but it is never expected and is always appreciated.
Every venue is a little different. You'll find the maximum guest capacity listed on each venue's page so you can easily choose a location that's the right fit for your group.

If you'd like to share a first dance, parent dances, or a few favorite songs before or after dinner, we'd love to make that part of your day.
If you're envisioning a full dance party with hours of dancing, DJs, and late-night festivities, our elopement packages probably aren't the best fit due to venue and timeline limitations.

Because of that, we don't typically offer extensive customizations beyond the options you'll see while building your wedding.

Absolutely. Your officiant will connect with you before your wedding to learn more about your relationship and customize the ceremony to fit your personalities, preferences, and values.

If you'd like a Christian ceremony or another faith-based ceremony, we can absolutely accommodate that.
Just let us know your preferences in the Special Requests section, and your officiant will work with you to personalize your ceremony exactly the way you'd like.

If someone special to you is legally able (or plans to become legally authorized) to officiate your ceremony, we'd love to have them be part of your day.
Simply don't select officiant services when building your package.

I grew up in Leavenworth and moved back over 10 years ago to build this business in the community I love.
Over the years our business has evolved quite a bit. You may know us by our previous name, The Local Event Co., where we planned custom weddings and now manage several local venues.
While our planning model has changed, elopements have been at the heart of what we've done since day one. This new platform simply makes it easier than ever for couples to create an incredible Leavenworth wedding — without months of overwhelming planning.
We've built strong relationships with local venues and vendors over the last decade, and we're excited to share the very best of our hometown with every couple who chooses to celebrate here.
The sooner, the better! Popular dates and venues can book well in advance, especially during peak wedding season.
That said, don't hesitate to submit an inquiry even if your wedding is just around the corner — we'll always see what we can accommodate!

You'll be responsible for obtaining your Washington marriage license before your wedding day and bringing it with you.
We'll send you all the information you'll need so the process is simple and stress-free.
Usually, yes!
Most of our venues are dog-friendly, though each venue has its own policies. If your pup will be joining you, just let us know ahead of time.
You'll be responsible for cleaning up after them, and in most cases they'll need to remain outdoors. Dogs are generally not permitted inside buildings where food or beverages are being served.

To reserve your date and book your vendors, we'll collect a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Sometimes! Some of our venues offer on-site lodging or accommodations, while others do not. Any available overnight accommodations will be listed in the venue description.

Real flower petals and biodegradable flower girl petals are typically allowed as well.
We do not allow confetti of any kind — even if it's labeled biodegradable — as it can be difficult to clean up and isn't permitted by many of our venue partners.
Sometimes! Some venues include getting-ready space, while others don't. Be sure to check each venue's description to see what's available.
